Dear Referral Agency 

Thank you for enquiring about our befriending service with Aishah Help, we appreciate the time you have taken to reach out to us. Our befriending volunteers help provide a service to senior people (50+) living in Tower Hamlets, Newham & Hackney, either directly or indirectly. 

Once you have identified a client that can benefit from the befriending project and have met the eligibility criteria, please complete the online form. It is also vital that all agencies seek consent from both the client and their family or carers before making the referral. 

Acceptance of the programme will be subject to availability and agreement to the terms and conditions of the befriending programme. 

To apply, please complete the online application form as fully as possible before submitting it. If you have any difficulty in completing the form from your computer, do contact us to request a paper version of the form which can be sent to you by post. 

All information regarding your application is kept confidential. We look forward to receiving your application and finding a match for your client.
